40 Minute Power Yoga Flow

This heart-based Power Yoga Flow class is an energizing and dynamic practice. We'll focus on building strength, flexibility, point of focus, and mindfulness. Our sequence will be centered around flowing movements that will challenge your body and quiet your mind. We'll start with some warm-up sun salutations. From there, we'll move into a series of powerful standing postures, designed to build heat and work your core. Throughout the class, we'll pay special attention to our breath, using it to guide us through each movement and create a sense of inner calm. We'll also incorporate some heart-opening postures, such as backbends and twists, to help us connect with our emotions and open ourselves up to love and compassion. This Power Yoga Flow class is perfect for intermediate and advanced practitioners who are looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. It's also a great opportunity to tune in to your body, release stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace.
