7 Day Power Yoga Challenge ~ Wednesday (Yoga Class 4 of 7)

Welcome to Day 4 of our 7 day power yoga challenge. A strong and sweaty power yoga flow with an extra cardio blast to get your heart pumping and energy flowing and this Wednesday! In addition to all of our favorite standing and warrior poses, today's power yoga flow adds some great side stretches and yoga poses for shins, quads, and feet. So many different muscles and tendons in our bodies, here's a practice to explore some that we don't often do every day. Enjoy, Everybody!
